How to Enjoy
This body brush can be used on dry or wet skin. Gently but firmly brush your skin in long strokes going over each area two or three times. Start brushing at the bottom of your feet, moving upwards towards your heart. Body brush for 3 to 5 minutes. Attach brush extension to allow for hard-to-reach areas such as your back. You can use the brush with natural soap in the shower or bath (wet), or on dry skin. After body brushing, wash off the remaining dry skin cells and finish the pampering session by applying one of our body butters or body oils.
