Q: How should I store my Anasa Skin products?

A: We suggest that you store your Anasa Skin products away from sunlight or any heat sources. Natural butters, essential oils and fatty acids do not respond well to high temperatures and UV light, so a dark cupboard is a good home for your products.

Q: How long do your products last? 

A: When stored in a dry, dark place, our products will stay in tip-top shape for up to 6 months.

Q: Do you test your products on animals? 

A: None of our Anasa Skin products has been or will ever be tested on animals. We only test them on willing humans :) 

Q: My Whipped Shea Body Butter melted. Can I still use it?

A: Shea butter will naturally melt at higher temperatures. However, it will still be effective and perfectly safe to use if it has melted. We recommend storing your Whipped Shea Body Butter in a cool place away from direct sunlight. If you want it to solidify again, simply store it in the fridge overnight.

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: For your convenience, we accept several payment options, namely:

  • Debit card: VISA & Mastercard (must be 3D Secure enabled)

Q: I’m unfamiliar with the PayFast payment option. How does it work?

A: PayFast is a free, secure, and easy-to-use online payment service that accepts Credit or Debit Cards and Instant EFT payments. To learn more about PayFast, you can check out their website.

Shipping and Delivery FAQs

Q: How does order delivery work in South Africa?

A: We send all our orders with a door-to-door courier. It usually takes between 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. Always ensure that there’s someone to accept your order at your address between Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00.

 Q: How much does shipping in South Africa cost?

A: The good news is that all orders over R700 include free shipping! If there ever was a good reason to add more to your cart, this is it.

If your order is under R700, the courier fee will be R70 within South Africa. Some outlying areas may incur a higher charge.

    Q: If I don’t live in South Africa, can I still order online, and how much will the shipping cost?

    A: If you don’t live in South Africa but have your eye on some of our products, please email us at We’ll always do our best to assist you in getting your desired product to you. Please remember to include your delivery address and the products you would like to purchase in your email to us before paying for your order. We will provide you with a quotation for the international shipping.

    Your parcel will be sent via DHL or FedEx within 3 - 8 working days after receiving your tracking number. Please note that your country's import duties are levied, and you will be liable for these costs.  

    Exchanges or Returns FAQs

    Q: Do you accept exchanges or returns?

    A: Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns. However, please contact us at within 5 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your order. Remember to include your order number, and we will do our best to take care of any issues. Please note that you will be liable for exchanges and returns courier costs.  

    Q: I received the wrong order. What now?

    A: In that unlikely event that we delivered the wrong product to you by accident, please email us at, and we'll make a plan to get the correct product to as soon as possible.
